Connection phase

In this phase of realisation, the requirements for smooth, clear and economical business operations are established.

Apart from the relevant cut surfaces such as external communication processes with customers, company-owned processing systems, reportings, capability planning and organisational structures are adapted according to an elaborate timetable.

Having recorded the test runs, the connection phase concludes with our customer’s approval.

The target of this further development is the creation and permanent inclusion of an internal surplus by taking over faultless and flexible secondary processes.
